October 1st is a very important date for all BJJ practitioners and fans. The reason: Grandmaster Helio Gracie celebrates another milestone birthday today and we wanted to congratulate him and wish him a happy birthday.
Grandmaster continues training and still has the same fighting spirit as was recently attested by Kid during a recent visit. When asked about the dojo in his home Professor was quick to respond: 'It is still there a a matter of time this is the perfect time to train if you are ready!' And proceeded down to the dojo and was quickly in his Gi ready to choke me!
